Peace maker gunslinger is the most fun for me since it gives a lot of options for different situations, and learning skill rotations for each situation is hard to master but fun to play. Personally think Eso WD and Striker (either variation, but probably wouldn't go for Deathblow as an early alt) are incredibly fun.
