I soon notice it was put on hold and when I attempted to update payment by clicking on the update subscription with no luck. Google searching provided no success. I needed to update my CC info in Google Play. THEN, I needed to click on My Subscriptions in Google Play, select Disney Plus, and click Fix. Then I could access Disney Plus from all of my devices. I’m having the same issue but I originally subscribed using my PS4. .
